Ornua Ingredients North America in Byron, Minnesota operates a state-of-the-art processing facility from its 25,000 square foot plant using a number of key differentiating factors to the rest of the industry, such as a unique and environmentally friendly cooling system for all hot cheese productions. Byron use innovative form-fill-seal packaging line, producing hermetically sealed packages. This is the only one of its kind in the United States and ideal for longer shelf life requirements and export opportunities.
