Ornua Ingredients UK manufactures and supplies specialist cheese and dairy ingredients, as well as a wide range of dessert products to food manufacturers, wholesale and foodservice customers internationally.

Ornua Ingredients UK has two manufacturing facilities. The production facility in Ledbury is home to world-class food manufacturing equipment and an in-house customer NPD and innovation centre.

The Whitchurch facility is a purpose-built processing facility with three dedicated lines for grated, diced, and shaved cheese and one dedicated line for crumbed cheese and added value blends.

Ornua Ingredients UK’s capabilities include mozzarella, processed cheese, white and coloured cheese, functional cheese products (restricted melt and high melt), analogue cheese, soft cheese, dairy based pastes and sauces, dairy desserts, cream stabilisers, jelly, gels, IQF, grating, dicing, and shredding.

Through investment in both technology and people, Ornua Ingredients UK are able to work closely with customers to deliver a wide product portfolio as well as innovative, bespoke solutions, ensuring they have the unique ingredients needed to enhance their product offering.

FMCG external audit or internal audit experience desired as is strong experience in a standard costing environment.
